I can’t tell you how many times I’ve received emails from people wanting to know if there is an app that will allow them to track a cell phone without installing software onto it first. After this paring, your phone will remain paired with the target phone which the makers claim will allow you to do a number of very useful things

I can only imagine what regulators are going to do when they figure out that this technology exists.
